{{Preschool Chic}}

Happy Tuesday Nobella Grace Mermaids!
I am so excited to share this week's post with you, because it is a little more personal than normal. Right before the new year started, I got a job offer as the lead pre-k teacher at a premiere preschool! I gladly accepted! I was over the moon for this new opportunity and the fact that not only would I be able to teach at this school, but my son would be able to attend there as well. It was the perfect news for our family to receive and definitely started us off in the right direction for 2015.

Yesterday, I had my first day of training and what better way to celebrate a new job than to do some outfit planning! For all of those who are laughing right now, give this girl a break. For the past 2.5 years I have stayed home with my son and taken care of 5 children. My normal "work" wardrobe consisted of yoga pants and sweatshirts. I was super excited to be able to dress in normal clothes each and every day! YAY!!

First up, I wore this outfit to the ribbon cutting ceremeony. I wanted to "dress to impress". I paired a plaid Everly dress with black leggings and black flats. I accessorized with Kate Spade bangles, ring, and earrings. This look is super simple and chic. Here's another dress I'm currently coveting ((SHOP HERE))! I can totally see myself wearing this to my new job with some leggings, a cardi, and boots while it's still cooler!

Next, I am OBSESSED with how soft this sweater is. If you havent grabbed the Heather Sweater yet, now is your chance. This amazing piece will go with EVERYTHING! I paired it with my favorite pair of jeans from Nobella Grace (the Denim Skinnies). Since this sweater is a neutral, it would also go with brown dress pants or a maxi skirt. The cowl neck and button detail on this sweater adds to it's natural charm. It's a must have for sure!

Last, but certainly not least, here's what I wore to my interview. Of course I had to rock my good luck charm (Nobella Grace ;))! I paired the Shana top with black dress pants from Banana Republic Outlet and black patent wedged heels from Ross. I love the simplistic cut outs on this top. It adds so much dimension and really makes this "normal" top so unique. Another work appropriate top is linked right here ((Sloan Top)). It's always nice to have a blouse that goes well with a simple pair of dress pants in your closet at all times.

I can't wait to create more {{Preschool Chic}} looks using Nobella Grace! What would YOU love to see next? Leave me a comment below and let me know!

Until Next Time
Xoxo,
Jenna
