Fun Jewelry Display

Hello Mermaids! It's been awhile since I've last blogged here. Life seems to be crazy busy. I homeschool my twin girls, and we started first grade in August, and it has for sure been an adjustment for me.

The days seem to just speed by and before I know it another week is gone. How can we slow these moments down? Anyone know? A pause button would for sure be nice!

I had told Kristi a couple of months ago I wanted to share how I keep my jewelry. I had come across a fun picture on Pinterest and showed my husband, and together we made it just a little bit better. (Fun benefit of having a carpenter for a husband :) ) I just didn't mean it would take me a couple of months to get the pictures taken and post about it!!

My iPhone just wasn't capturing the photos how I wanted them to look. We have a super small master bathroom, so it made it a little more challenging to get the shot just right. I broke out my Canon EOS 50D and forgot just how much I love taking pictures.

See? I had a great time!

This is where is display all of my necklaces. I love being able to have them right there on display so I can just grab and go.

I pulled out the egg holder that I had in my kitchen. While it's a super cute idea to display your eggs in, it mostly sat in my cabinet. I really try to be resourceful and use what I already own, this leaves me more money to spend at Nobella Grace. Ha!!

I wasn't crazy about all of my bracelets just sitting on the shelf, so when my mini cake stand broke for the third time, I decided it was time to just toss it. Then I had an idea....

See what I did there? It may not be the cutest thing in the world, but it serves it's purpose. It also keeps little hands out of my bracelets, and I was going to throw it in the trash. Win win! (Arm candy from Metal Marvels.)

Here is a close up of the arrow and how I hung the necklaces.

I'm not even going to tell you what I had to do to get this last shot. ;)

It is not the clearest picture, but you get the idea.

Thanks for touring my bathroom with me, and I hope you got some great ideas for storing your jewelry!

Until Next Time,
Erica
